With Millar’s death and Margaret Mary being forced off the farm, on 19th November 1920, the Government Gazette called for tenders for the purchase of Millar’s former property.

Certificate of Title

However, the Certificate of Title shows the farm was not transferred to the new owners (Leslie Keamy, farmer of Watheroo) until 28th November 1924.
